A crucial part of creating lasting transformation is guiding and mentoring the next generation of architects. We have implemented several programmes to deliver on that promise. We are involved in the Go for Gold learnership programme, and provide practical job-shadowing opportunities for Grade 11 and 12 school learners to learn more about the profession in March, June and September. We support under- and post-graduates through their academic training, and also create opportunities for senior staff to share their knowledge through lectures and industry talks.
